On Valentine's Day this year maybe we can use a phrase other than "Say with Flowers" is precisely "Say with Watermelon / melon". :-)
In Japan, a farmer in Kumamoto region has managed to produce a melon with a heart shape (heart shaped melon) after he also succeeded in making heart-shaped watermelon.
