Fat Burning Foods Revealed by Long Island Personal Trainer!

Tony DiCostanzo is a local Long Island personal trainer and body transformation expert. Recently, Tony spoke at a health & Fitness seminar held in Plainview, NY where he shared some of the fat loss secrets he uses with his celebrity clients, as well as, figure models and bodybuilders.
